The New England Chapter of APWA’s annual awards program celebrates the dedicated professionals, teams, and organizations who make a lasting impact on public works throughout our region. Public works is often referred to as the silent arm of public safety, with the men and women in this profession working behind the scenes every day to keep our roads safe, water flowing, communities resilient, and essential services operating. Our awards program shines a spotlight on those whose leadership, innovation, service, and commitment deserve recognition, while helping elevate awareness of the critical role public works plays in every community.
Each year, the New England Chapter is proud to recognize outstanding achievements across a range of categories, honoring individuals at every stage of their careers as well as exceptional projects and programs. Our chapter has also built a strong tradition of excellence on the national stage, with New England members and communities consistently earning recognition through APWA’s national awards program. These achievements reflect the strength, dedication, and leadership of the public works profession across our region and reinforce our commitment to celebrating those who help move our communities forward.
