| The Town of Shrewsbury is seeking a proactive field leader to serve as the Supervisor of our Parks & Cemetery Maintenance Division. Reporting to the Division Manager, you will be responsible for the frontline execution of maintenance programs across the Town’s parks, recreation areas, and cemeteries.
This role requires a candidate who can balance supervisory responsibilities with hands-on manual work, ensuring that field operations are completed safely, efficiently, and according to schedule. You will lead a dedicated crew, providing the technical guidance and oversight necessary to keep Shrewsbury’s public grounds and historic cemeteries in pristine condition.
