The Town of Marlborough is accepting applications for applications for a Public Works Foreman.
This is a full-time (40 hours per week) position responsible for leading the crew that maintains town roads, storm water drainage systems, vehicle and machinery fleet, transfer station, town buildings, playing fields, cemeteries, and parks. The Foreman reports to the Town Manager, schedules crew members, and plans daily operations.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, a current CT CDL, and experience paving and maintaining roads. Experience leading teams or training others is preferred.

The expected wage range is $40.00-$45.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. The total compensation package includes health and dental insurance, employer HSA contribution, 457 defined contribution retirement plan with employer match, employer sponsored life insurance, tuition reimbursement, professional development, accrued leave time (vacation and sick), and 12 paid holidays.
