Patrick Yeo serves as the Massachusetts Director for the New England Chapter of the APWA and is currently a Business Development Manager at Weston & Sampson. He has been with Weston & Sampson since 2010, initially joining as a co-op student and advancing through roles as a civil engineer, project manager, and associate. In 2024, he transitioned to business development, where he focuses on driving the firm’s initiatives and expanding its service offerings.
A licensed Professional Engineer in Massachusetts, Pat holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management and has extensive experience managing water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure projects. He is an active member of several national and regional organizations and serves on the Executive Board of APWA’s New England Chapter.
