Michael Fisher, PE, is a Transportation Regional Manager and Principal at BL Companies where he is responsible for the oversight of project development, project delivery, and business development. Michael is a licensed Professional Engineer in the States of Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut (among others). As a 1994 UConn Engineering graduate, he began his career at CTDOT before he transitioned to the private sector and has led the planning and design of a wide variety of transportation projects throughout the Northeast over the past 31 years. He joined BL Companies in 2011 and quickly became a Principal due to his commitment and drive to provide his clients with superior service. Michael is an active member of New England APWA and a new member of the Board of Directors. He is currently serving on several committees which include: Spring Conference Committee and Sponsorship Committee.
