Conrad Leger

Conrad Leger is a Massachusetts Director for the New England Chapter of APWA and has been active in the chapter since 2013. He chairs the Sponsors Committee, co-chairs the PWX Events Committee, and previously helped lead the creation of the chapter’s Young Professionals group. He has also been active on the chapter’s summer conference, managing the golf tournament for several years and launching the Chapter’s annual cornhole tournament. As Director of Acquisitions at Apex Companies, LLC, Conrad leads M&A strategy with experience on both sides of transactions, focusing on sustainable growth. With experience on both sides of the table—both as an acquirer and as an engineer at an acquired firm—he brings a unique perspective to navigating transactions with empathy, foresight, and strategic insight.  He also oversees the Northeast transportation and asset management teams, helping municipalities develop infrastructure investment strategies and implementing sustainable solutions to complex infrastructure issues.
