Chris Mulleavey is a highly respected leader in the public works and engineering community, with a career dedicated to advancing public infrastructure and fostering innovation. He holds an AS in Applied Sciences from New Hampshire Vocational Technical College and a BS in Civil Engineering from New England College. A licensed Professional Engineer in New Hampshire since 1999, Chris has served as President and CEO of Hoyle, Tanner & Associates, Inc. since 2014, leading the firm to provide innovative infrastructure solutions across New England and beyond.
Chris has been an active member of the New England Chapter of APWA for nearly two decades, serving on multiple committees and the Executive Committee. His leadership has helped advance professional development programs and public outreach initiatives. He is also involved in numerous organizations, including the New Hampshire Joint Board of Licensure for Professional Engineers and ACEC.
