Amanda Bazinet

Amanda Bazinet serves as the Massachusetts Director for the New England Chapter of the APWA, bringing extensive experience in transportation engineering and project management. As a Project Manager at VHB, she oversees the design of intersection, bike path and roadway projects throughout central and western Massachusetts. A licensed Professional Engineer in Massachusetts, Amanda specializes in guiding projects through the MassDOT TIP process and mentoring junior staff in roadway design, grading, drainage systems, and cost estimating. She has extensive experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Vehicle Tracking, and Pipe Networks, as well as Bluebeam and Microsoft Project. In addition to her leadership within APWA, she chairs the organization’s New England summer and fall conference committees, helping to advance professional development and networking opportunities for public works professionals. Her expertise and commitment continue to shape infrastructure improvements across the region.
