The Membership Committee is responsible for recruiting, retaining, and engaging members to ensure a strong and active member base for an organization. Its duties include developing strategies for member acquisition and retention, managing membership-related communications and benefits, and acting as a liaison between members and the organization. The committee also identifies member needs and helps ensure members are receiving value from their membership. Keep track of expenditures, manage the Committee’s budget, and provide annual budget requests to support recommended activities and events. Provide reports on the committee’s activities and progress to the Executive Committee and President.
