As the Director of Sales for New England Asphalt Services, Steve leverages his expertise in infrastructure maintenance, asphalt paving, and large-scale municipal projects to support communities across the region. A veteran of the U.S. Army Combat Engineer School, Steve has built a career rooted in operations, team building, and safety compliance. He has held key leadership roles, including President of the Rhode Island Public Works Association, and has managed critical municipal services, from road and bridge construction to fleet maintenance and public facilities oversight. With multiple industry certifications and licenses, Steve remains a trusted advisor in public works, dedicated to advancing best practices, innovation, and collaboration throughout New England.
